Wheelchair individual blasting radio. 330 E 4th St, disabled stalkers, two, one of them in a wheelchair, blasting radio, the same about the other one, extremely loud, several times each day, on many occasions for long periods, hours, their radios are extremely loud, again, it is very difficult that no one at this street cannot hear it, because you can with the windows close and your own stereo on.
