This was a roof cleaning job I carried out last year, just didn't get round to editing it, due to being very busy before Christmas, then taking some time off.
This was carried out for a regular customer of mine, that has their patio cleaned every two years. The last time I saw them, they explained how unhappy they were with the amount of white lichen that was growing on their roof, and that moss was starting to appear.

If left alone, and aloud to grow, white lichen can start to eat into and erode clay and concrete tiles, but for this customer it was all about the aesthetics. He really disliked the way it looked, and was keen to have it removed. So as he's always been happy with any work that we'd carried out for him previously, we quoted, he accepted, and here's the end result.

Quite a dramatic difference, that my customer was extremely happy with. On a final note, this customer lives about a mile away from me, and I regularly drive past his house. So I can confirm that any faded white lichen left behind has disappeared and the roof looks completely spotless - happy days.
