We were contacted to clean this roof because the customer was sick and tired of finding pieces of tile and moss on his driveway nearly every morning. Realising there was an issue with the tiles because of the moss, he contacted his roofer, who then said he wouldn't be willing to replace any of the spalling tiles until the moss had been removed, as he needs to see exactly what needs replacing. Which was almost impossible with all the moss that side of the roof.
