Pressure Washing, Soft Washing & Re-Sanding A Clay Block Paved Driveway, Cambridge.

This was a small driveway cleaning job that I carried out last year, while it was still relatively warm (hence the shorts 😄).
The homeowner was an elderly lady, and a good friend of my parents, who had been widowed in the last year, and we suspect was struggling emotionally, and financially.
We new that she was keen to have her driveway cleaned, especially as she kept having people pestering her, by knocking on the door, and aggressively trying to push their driveway cleaning services on her.
After my parents approached me, I then approached her, and said that I had some new equipment that needed testing, and that she would be doing me a favour by allowing me to test this equipment on her driveway, and she would end up with a "like new" driveway at the end of it, for free.
My parents (and my) friend happily accepted the free driveway clean on those terms, but insisted that she kept me fed and watered all day. Which I was more than happy with.
You'll be glad to hear that, the driveway is still very clean 7 months later, and our friend hasn't had a single person knock on the door, trying to sell a driveway clean - brilliant.
