Felony Bigamy Dismissed!

Shantel filed a criminal complaint of felony bigamy against her ex husband Andrew Patchett and Prosecutor Erick Thomson pursued it, but later motioned to have it dismissed!
There are still 2 misdemeanor cases open against Andrew that Thomson is prosecuting for Shantel. The Jury Trial is set for May 17th and 18th at 9am at the Gem County Bldg on the 3rd floor in Emmett Idaho across from the park, next to Emmett City Hall.
