Customer Distraught! Thinking Her Neglected Patio Couldn't Be Restored! We Showed Her Otherwise!

This was a patio I was asked to clean recently by an elderly lady who was quite upset at the thought her patio could not be restored to an acceptable appearance.

Her son in law had pressure washed it previously, and that had failed to remove the black spots and lichen. Having had no experience in hiring external hard surface cleaners before, my customer was was quite distraught at the thought that nothing could be done about it. I reassured her that it looked at lot worse in certain areas than it actually was, and that I was very confident I could restore her patio to a "like new" condition.

The customer was absolutely delighted with the end result, as she genuinely thought that some of the slabs were so badly effected by lichen, they'd have to be replaced. Really pleased to have helped this customer out and restored the appearance of her patio to a much higher standard than she was expecting - happy days!
