MOULDY, FUNGUS Infested Render Soft Washed Then GENTLY Power Washed Using 130c Heat

On this job we were hired to remove all the organic growth, that consisted of black mold and fungus, red algae and yellow lichen.
Firstly I treated the painted render with a 2% strength sodium hypochlorite solution with added surfactant to help it stick. Then I removed any dead organic growth and any stubborn areas by rinsing the render with 130c hot water at 50 bar pressure.
