Joe Biden remains defiant over Ukraine during Ireland visit.

Joe Biden issued a defiant message to Vladimir Putin over the war in Ukraine during his visit to the Republic of Ireland.

He told the Irish Parliament: "Putin thought the world would look the other way, he was confident he would break NATO and the European Union, the unity of western nations would fracture and fall at the moment of testing. That's what he thought but he was wrong."
