"Your honor we stand in the jurisdiction of the US Constitution" Judge: "Shut up and get out!"

On April 11, 2023, after going to both court houses in Bridgeport Connecticut, several of us waited for 45 minutes for Judge Peter McShane to appear. When Judge McShane did appear from his chambers he yelled and ordered all out of the court except Mr. Magliari Jr., and asked the Marshals to remove us. I stated “Your honor we stand in the Jurisdiction of the US. Constitution and I have a Habeas Corpus filed”. Judge McShane said “Shut up and get out”. Four or five Marshals removed us from the court as Mr. Magliari Jr. asked me if he should stay. I said “No, do not stay this is dangerous. They will lock you up again.”
