Rubio Votes For Balanced Budget Amendment

This afternoon, Senator Rubio, in accordance with his 80 Ideas To Reclaim America, voted in favor of a balanced budget amendment. During his campaign for U.S. Senate, Rubio proposed to the idea of a balanced budget amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would limit the Congress' power to spend money it does not have.
