In violation of UN agreement, the United States has yet to issue visas to Russian diplomats

With a UN meeting scheduled to take place April 24, 2023, Russian diplomats led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov have still not received permission to travel to UN headquarters in New York, which violates a 1947 agreement signed by the US.
