April 13. Soul Dental, 327 pm, 200 W 15th St, Suite 1A, at my arrival at this location, no vehicle at the corner, as you can see, at my exit at 342 pm, an “accident” happened, it wasn’t a coincidence, was an attempt to stage a possible confrontational incident. You can see that a grey truck has parked near by, this one showed up during my time at this office, I get behind this vehicle to get its license plate, as soon I started to walk away I noticed this vehicle has left. Not in the video, CIA NYPD 8735 at 8th Avenue and 20th St, 5181 at 5th Avenue and 18th St.
