Joseph's Story Unlocks Revelation and helps explain the book of Revelation.
In Revelation you see Jesus clothed in fine linen and a gold sash around his chest.
In Genesis you see Joseph clothed in fine linen and a gold chain around his neck.
But there is more:
In Revelation 5 John sees the scroll with seven seals, and no one in all of Heaven or Earth, or under the Earth was found worthy to take the scroll out of the hand of he who sat on the throne.
In Genesis 41 you see Joseph was the only one found worthy in all of the land who could reveal the meaning of the dreams of Pharaoh.
In both passages, there is a seven year time of great trouble and during it Israel gets saved.
