SYNOPSIS…
PART 2
Enjoy a quick re-cap of PART 1 wherein Jessica Leia tells the story behind this month’s song: “Hating You”. Then, enjoy yourself some more as she takes the stage and sings “Hating You” SOLO in this portion of “Me and My Song”, which she likes to call ‘The Raw Reveal’. SO raw, that you’re gonna get Jessica Leia only ... (and her keyboard of course). “Hating You” is a bluesy rock song full of grit and gusto. In this SOLO version of the song, Jessica Leia bangs out chunky chords in a 12/8 time while she sings out in growly vocals about finally stopping the hate she once felt for someone … but only because she started hating someone else much, much more!
