Self improvement is great but it can be exhausting, so could taking a rest day be beneficial or is it just excuses to not work as hard? Would it hurt your productivity or boost it? My experience might surprise you

Self improvement is amazing and the best thing you can do to yourself, but it can also be overwhelming, should you have a day off it or is it a non stop journey? Are youtubers like Hamza too extreme? Can you take a break from hard work and good habits and enjoy some video games and instant gratification? How come there is a rest day in Christianity but its not good for self improvement?
