Obama Appointed Judge Orders Teachers to Pay $300K for Daring to Oppose School’s CRT Training

A school district in Missouri requires teachers go through DEI/CRT training. Two teachers took issue with this, especially where it required them to state they were White supremacists because of their being White and color blind when it comes to skin color. This led to their suing which should have been an open and shut case where it not only is a First Amendment issue, but also one of it breaking the law in regards to discrimination based on race. It wasn’t though thanks to an Obama appointed judge overseeing the proceedings. He not only ruled against them, he also ordered that they pay the school district’s legal fees as well as intimidation to others who might follow in their footsteps.
