Shadow Empire Advisor | Episode 002 | Pendragon | Quality of Life is Important

I am Benjamin Jellyman, Advisor to the Shadow Empire War Council, and in this episode I take a look at a game-save by Pendragon9123, who very kindly sent me a game-save to check.

Pendragon has done well to take some very large zones early into his campaign to conquer his starting continent, but is running into issues with Danger as unhappy populations start to rebel. This one is pretty simple to fix, as you'll see, and should lead to an exceptionally strong position.
