Attorney, Raymond Scodeller - Part 1 - The Counterfeit MERS mortgage records of Raymond Scodeller.

This man defrauded my mortgage company by stealing our Corporate Identity, when he forged/fabricated a mortgage assignment that NULLIFIED Wyler Mortgage Group, LLC's mortgage by fraudulently assigning it "without the Note and its obligation". This routine practice is also a "Tax Evasion CRIME/Title Insurance CRIME, as the "Tax Remote Status" of the mortgage-backed security is negated, as was Wyler Mortgage Group, LLC's Lender's Title Insurance Coverage. This is being sent to the IRS Whistleblower Office in Ogden, Utah.
