Cooking Cookies coconut cookies delicious easy recipe how to make coconut cookies chocolate cookies sweet recipe

Today we're making Coconut Chocolate Cookies!
These dough is left in the fridge for at least 24 hours to develop the flavour.
These cookies dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with salt will be your next favourite!

Ingredients:

Butter: 225 grams
Toasted Shredded Coconut: 125 grams
White Flour: 350 grams (2 1/2 cups)
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 3/4 teaspoon + more for decorating
Light Brown Sugar: 100 grams (3/4 cup)
White Sugar: 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Eggs: 2
Dessicated Coconut: 100 grams
Melted Dark Chocolate: 100 grams

OVEN TEMPERATURE AND TIME:
180 degrees celcius (355 fahrenheit)
13-16 minutes
