BEIJING 24 TAI CHI FORM PRACTICE VIDEO

This video is for people practicing the Beijing 24 Simplified Tai Chi Form, who wish to use the video as guide for their practice. The teacher I studied with had us open our extended hand to the left and right with palms facing opposite directions and then flip over on either side ("Open to The Left and Right) as opposed to the "Push Hands" left and right motion; yet the movements are actually similar. Also, our style of the Beijing 24 performs the "Separate the Clouds" motion (gather the ground and gather the sky and bring it to the heart) as opposed to "High Pat On Horse" move. This way was taught to us by Master Hao.
