Police Officer Julia James was off duty walking her dog when Callum Wheeler murdered her in the most brutal way without reason. He didn't even know who she was.

21 year old Callum Wheeler hadn't had a job since he left school at 15. He had no interests and no friends, he would later be described as a "complete and utter loner" whose life "consisted of nothing".

PCSO Julia James on the other hand was an amazing person, she served as a Domestic Abuse Support Officer for 13 years, she was greatly loved by her family and her community.

This video includes police body cam footage from Callums arrest (and from an abandoned 999 call he made) as well as the CCTV evidence used against him.
