After Unfair dismissal of Appeal I pursued Higher Court for Justice

UNJUST GMC - LEGAL ACTION
I feel morally obliged to update you about my high court case as many thousands of people are interested to know the outcome.

My name is Dr Mohammed Adil Fellow of the RCS .I worked for the NHS for 30 years as a senior consultant surgeon with unblemished medical record.  In March of 2020 I had publicly outspoken over the social media about Covid-19 pandemic , lockdown and its far reaching restrictions on public health & wellbeing not supported by the science .
I released some videos over the social media to support public to alleviate their fear and hysteria created by the mainstream media and the government scientists .
Within days of going public I was dismissed by the trust on 22/4/20 followed by suspension order by the General Medical Council (GMC) for 12 months extended for 3 years in a brief hearing over the Skype as a punishment for speaking the truth .
I pursued the high court for the justice but unfortunately a single judge of high court made unfair decision in dismissing our appeal on 5/4/2023 in favour of GMC .
Now I am pursuing Higher court of justice where the matter would be heard by full bench of the high court judges to uphold justice against the unfair dismissal & unlawful suspension by the GMC to silence me .
