TiHYDP 87. Hey everyone, decided to push this one forward, since at the very end, Phil mentions he wants to be interviewed, so I had to strike while the iron is hot. I wanted to release TiHYDP Gears 2 & 4 Death Edition before this, but those will be out later.
In this TiHYDP, Phil plays Gears 5 online, and there's a bunch of bugged launch day server mechanics. There's salt & rage, but not as much as I would like, but I count every death. Hoard Mode barely has any deaths, but editing the regular online vs was time consuming, since Phil seems to get killed every 10 seconds.
Phil recorded this in 1080p 30fps because he forgot to switch to 60 because the campaign is 30 on base Xbox One. Back in the Twitch days, Twitch got mad at Phil for streaming in 1080p60, so Phil had to choose between 1080p30 or 720p60. Phil was streaming on YouTube for a while because they had no problem with Phil streaming in 1080p60, but went to Twitch because he made more money on Twitch than YouTube for the 4 years he was a partner before losing the partnership (then went crawling back to YouTube for streaming). That's the lore reason this was rendered in 30fps rather than 60 fps.
