RUDE CITY CLERK LIES & HATES CAMERAS, FIRST AMENDMENT PUBLIC RECORDS AUDIT

I visit the City Hall of Sumner, Washington (population 11,000) to look around and do a public records request in accordance with state law RCW 42.56. I interact with a male public employee who suggests I need permission to engage in First Amendment protected activity in unrestricted public areas. He then gets the City Clerk Michelle Converse who acts rude, gives false information and is uninterested in consulting the law that she supposedly refers to.

Public records received Include the complete City Hall payroll and public credit card statements showing as much as 35k a month spent just by City Hall staff alone.
