ELIZABETH TALKS ABOUT BLACK-TECH, MK MIND CONTROL & FINDING HEALING THROUGH THE HEART

Elizabeth experienced electronic mind control, abuse and harassment during her work posting as a diplomat in Mexico in 1989. It is shocking to hear of her treatment, the enablers who did nothing and how advanced this technology was over 30 years ago. Imagine the current capabilities.

As Elizabeth described in her letter of complaint to ASIO,
"There is obviously a world-wide elite group involved in some of these black projects of which some members are in positions of power in government and spy agencies. This explains to me why so much advanced technology is give to very ordinary people who just happen to be employed in a protective service. And why there are no consequences for its abuse even though legislation supposedly prohibits it. Even on my posting, marines were give exotic technology to control people which they used recreationally. No doubt like all of the people in my social sphere back then and now, they at some point would have been targeted with this to keep them compliant and are not too knowledgable about a more sinister agenda if they didn't blindly follow orders. I can only assume this is why the marines who observed me daily allowed me to be abused, exploited and degraded in such a way that went on for over 8 months."
