I Knew It. You're going to cut me off!

Always expect it. Always have a fluid 'way out' plan. I had a feeling he wasn't going to look and change lanes and my plan was to accelerate enough to get past him before he did. That didn't work as planned as he gassed it too.
This happens almost daily with a cell phone usually involved.
The way I figure it now, they don't do it 'on purpose' just sloppy drivers who don't turn their head. I expect it, avoid it, give them the WTF hand sign, and go where I'm going.
