Neurological sensory deficit disorders such as autism and sensory processing disorder are due to a lack of reflexive, sensorimotor development after birth. ALL the symptoms of autism/SPD are rooted in the bodily processes the baby doesn't use in the womb, but that must be properly stimulated/triggered to begin neural innervation and function AFTER birth. All the symptoms of autism; the dysfunction of the digestive tract, pulmonary and immune systems, lack of visual/sensory integration and difficulties in motor development are caused by lack of neural innervation of reflexive sensorimotor pathways triggered after leaving the womb.
