CCP's Urban Management Officers (農管）in Action

Now you can't say that #Chinese #farmers and urban residents are not equal. At least in this matter, they are equal: there are urban management officers（城管） in the city, and now there are agricultural management officers （農管）in rural areas.
As for what exactly the agricultural management officers are in charge of, I have to admit that I read the entire "Administrative Measures for Agricultural Comprehensive Law Enforcement Management" issued by the #CCP from beginning to end (http://www.gov.cn/zhengce/2022-12/23/content_5733210.htm ), and I still don't understand what they are doing.
