Hi all, welcome back to another video if you're a regular, and welcome to any new faces 🙂.

I have lots of regular customers. They normally have me back between every 1-3 years, this customer was different, she got me back over 10 years later, 11 years to be precise, to clean her driveway, patio and side path.

I'm a little apprehensive to admit, that the last time I was here, I was very inexperienced, and didn't clean the paving to it's full potential.
I'm happy to say that 11 years later, i've learnt a lot, and I can now clean the paving to the standard it should have been cleaned all those years ago 😀.

My customer was actually quite happy with the last clean, hence why she got me back. But this time she was pleasantly shocked, and delighted at the standard that was achieved this time around.
