LemiereVodka founder Terrence Wheeler may derive the ingredients from multiple countries, but the idea for a luxury vodka drink emanates from his humble little dorm room at HBCU giant Hampton University. There he created his own flavorful drinks for parties before "graduating" to entrepreneurial pursuits
