Doing a review of the Bowflex Adjustable Kettlebell the selecttech version.
Adjustable dumbbells are all the rage right now and rightfully so, they provide an easy way to get a variety of weights without having to buy multiples of the dumbbells, which can get really expensive. With an adjustable kettlebell like this, you're able to switch your knob and have a variety of different weights without requiring multiples of them and the storage space necessary to have it all. Bowflex did an amazing job with these kettlebells
