6-year-old dropped off from school at busy intersection

Mt. Healthy Police said 6-year-old Layla told them she was dropped at the intersection of Hamilton and Kinney avenues. Her mother said Layla is on an individualized education plan (IEP) and should have been escorted to the front door of her day care. Instead, she was dropped off and the shuttle drove away.
