Using Coppice and Pollard systems to generate organic matter to build soil and transition the land

In this video I show a sumac coppice/pollard and the system's response as a stimulus of growth. This new growth can be further harvested for biomass to build soil, for firewood, posts, trellises. I also use it to make biochar soil amendment.
