Stan plants potatoes "and I helped". April 11, 2023

This was our "summer in April" week, to be followed early next week with "how about a taste of winter again?" Anyway, Stan planted 35 pounds or so of potatoes; he tilled, I put the spuds in the row, cut-side down, he covered them with dirt, we covered them with straw. The straw worked great last year!
Varieties planted: Chieftain (early), Yukon gold, Eva, Carola. No red ones this year.

*Yes, the reference to "It's Shake and Bake and I helped" was deliberate. ;)
