To get in shape fast, you need to follow the science and do what is necessary to succeed. Performing between 5 and 15 sets of an exercise, per week, is what is required in order to build muscle. And you must exert at least 80% of maximum effort. Maximum effort is the point where you cannot perform another repetition. Find an exercise for each muscle group and follow this protocol to gain muscle, boost metabolism, and get in shape.
