SoulCast - Healing Relationships

This week we focus on our relationships, especially those sacred partnerships that we’ve had for a long time. It’s time to let go of the hurts from the past and begin to rekindle and heal those relationships or to help us create a space to let someone new in.

We get to practice forgiveness. We deserve to release the emotional charge from having our hearts broken and to trust again. Ask Spirit to help you release this pain. Forgiveness means that you are no longer willing to carry the burden of pain that experience caused you and to rely on Spirit to take it from you so you can heal and open your heart again.

You can heal your heart by learning to love yourself. As you gain self-confidence and self-assurance it makes it easier for you to attract the relationship you desire and deserve. This allows you to practice the Law of Reciprocity and establish and enforce appropriate boundaries.
