Stanford Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya says the US government censored medical scientists when they should have embraced open discussion about COVID-19:

"It was at the behest of the USG that scientific debate was suppressed online. The idea was that, somehow, the government knew the truth better than all scientists out there when it was a complicated new virus... They should have permitted and embraced open discussion and scientific dissent. That's the only way forward."
