Chronic Fatigue; Always Tired

Our mind protects us from reality in many ways: It is able to repress overwhelming pain so that we don't fall apart - and we are left with symptoms; it is able to persistently convince us to withdraw from life - and we are left with nothing.

In this video, I explore chronic fatigue as yet another psychological defense mechanism. I give the psychologist Sam Vaknin credit for validating my personal experience with this phenomenon. It is a psychological pandemic.
