Black Crime Is Out Of Control

Allowing people to commit crime and get away with it, just emboldens them to keep doing it, and graduate to even worse offenses. These people need to be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! The cities that allow it, will suffer a massive exodus if things don't change quickly.
