Vera Sharav o relevantnosti Nürnberškega kodeksa | Nuremberg Code Speech documentary | subs SL

Vera Sharav, ki je preživela holokavst, je na komemoraciji ob 75. obletnici Nürnberškega kodeksa 20. 8. 2022 v Nürnbergu spregovorila o relevantnosti tega kodeksa v današnjem času. Na podlagi govora Vere Sharav je nastal kratki dokumentarni film, ki nas opominja na zgodovino in opozarja na zaskrbljujoče vzporednice z današnjimi dogodki.

Sodniki vojaškega tribunala na nürnberških procesih niso le obsodili vodilnih nacističnih zdravnikov, ki so izvajali poskuse na taboriščnikih, temveč so hkrati objavili tudi načela medicinske etike – Nürnberški kodeks.

At a commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg Code on (August 20, 2022, Nuremberg, Germany), a holocaust survivor Vera Sharav gave a speech about the relevance of the Nuremberg Code for today. Vera Sharav's speech was the basis for a short documentary film that reminds us of history and draws attention to the worrying parallels with today's events.

The judges of the military tribunal at the Nuremberg trials not only convicted the leading Nazi doctors who experimented on the camp prisoners, they also published the principles of medical ethics – the Nuremberg Code.
