ISD Grievance process and intimidating legal team tactics

The TX School grievance process has been bastardized and circumvented by expensive, taxpayer funded, legal teams. These legal teams educate the ISDs on HOW to "work around" the intent of the legislation resulting in a gross due process violation of the ISD grievance process.
