Darkness Update! Record time fixing Street Lights - 2 days

Amazing how the video showing how unsafe the area was was put out on Monday morning and by Wednesday a couple more lights were fixed. Not all of them.... but enough to at least now see your hand in front of your face.
The light pole that was missing is fixed and that light was NOT reported through the website, ONLY through the video released showing the unsafe condition.
