Can't Stop AI Development

This short clip says a lot. It predicts we will all die if we continue AI development. It also states we cannot stop AI development. As it is stated, :the cat is out of the bag". If the US stops AI development, the rest of world won't. Whoever gets there first, wins. As much as I believe my country has fallen from its core principals, I think China is worse. If we don't win, it is likely China will. That is a scary prospect for me I can say.
