Nick, host of The NDS Show describes lessons learned and a fortunate accident from joining the United States Army. Nick chose a military occupational specialty (MOS) of 96D which was at the time Imagery Analyst, it is now a 35G Geospatial Analyst, but he was told at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), the job involved looking at satellites. However he later discovered the military job involved analyzing Satellite Imagery and building actionable intelligence from geospatial data.
