1053 pm. Lights off at 1 am. There are a number of lights at this school remaining on at dark, all year around, others are kept on to very late at night, PS15 janitor(s) seem to never go home. The whole way PS15 operates changed in 2008, and kept changing to make it a very loud operation, using very “plausible” excuses. There are patterns that should be considerate in analyzing PS15, due it should help to scrutinize other schools controlled by the spy agencies: staff’ age, staff’s place of birth, place of studies, hiring timing, place of residence.
