Angela York brings over 30 years hands-on marketing implementation and event planning experience to the wealth management community. As the Founder of OnPoint Wealth Advisor Marketing and the Co-Founder of Custom Strategic Marketing for Wealth Advisors, she partners with advisory firms to help them strategically identify their actual Ideal Client and that’s not often who they think it is.

Together with Custom Strategic Marketing for Wealth Advisors’ co-founder, Elyse Stoner, she uses her experience working in and with advisory firms to help the advisor of today, untangle their junk drawer of marketing cables, determine which ones are now obsolete, which ones need to be ramped up and which ones need to be added. Together they conduct a proprietary 4-step process to yield a multi-layered, measurable strategic marketing plan that speaks to the advisor’s Ideal Client.

Leading from out front continues to be a hallmark of OnPoint Wealth Advisor Marketing and Custom Strategic Marketing for Wealth Advisors. From marketing implementation coaching to event planning, Angela is committed to working with advisors so that they can free up their time to work with more of their ideal clients, grow their business, and prepare for develop a smooth succession plan.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from The Annenberg School for Communications at USC as well as additional certificates in Business Administration and Direct Marketing from California State University Fullerton and University of California Irvine.

She is a California native, born and raised in the city life of Hollywood and has been living by the beach in Orange County since 1993. When she’s not working or at the beach, she supports the non-profit Autism by the Sea and Boy Scouts of America. She also loves to travel, practice yoga, work out, hike, bike, be outdoors, try new restaurants, and spend time with her husband Greg, their son Pete, and the family’s fur babies, Ace and Maverick.
