Aldous Huxley wrote "BRAVE NEW WORLD" back in 1931 and was published in 1931. His brother Julian Huxley was a Eugenicists and they knew the plan back then.

Today (1958) Mr. Huxley says that his fictional world of horror is probably just around the corner for all of us." - Mike Wallace
