The Confounding case Lady Bird Lake Serial Killer.

In Austin, Texas, the discovery of yet another corpse in Lady Bird Lake has sparked fears that a serial killer may be on the loose. This marks the fourth time a dead body has been found in the lake this year and the eighth in the past 10 months. The police, however, say they don't suspect foul play and that the common thread uniting the fatalities is a "combination of alcohol and easy access to Lady Bird Lake." Even with assurances from the police, members of the Facebook page "Lady Bird Lake Serial Killer / Rainey St Killer" are skeptical and believe the FBI should investigate. Despite increased patrols and security measures around the area, the body discovered over the weekend was outside the increased patrol area. The public remains on edge, and authorities have yet to provide answers.
