An attempt at macro photography on a budget (sorry about the editing). #canon

Ive interested in taking close up pictures for while. And its taken ages to find the secret to other peoples success. The professionals use some really expensive lenses but im just a guy on a budget.
I ended using a 16mm extension tube and an second hand 18 - 135mm zoom lens set to 85mm.
I have two small LED lights set for mid day sun shine ie 5500 kelvin.
I took 13 photos at different focus points, and processed them in the app “colorgrade” then used an app “affinity photo 2” to merge all 13 photos to form one image.

The end result looked crisp compared to the individual images.

My editing is a bit off today.i must write a script next time.
