James Martinez is a Media Ecologist and pioneer in radio communications. He is the working business partner of the late Walter Bowart author of OPERATION MIND CONTROL published in 1978. In 1993, James Martinez published "OPERATION MIND CONTROL, The Special Researchers Edition and gave testimony within it's contents.

He has also served on the Board of Advisors for the Marshall McLuhan Center on Global Communications with Presidential Medal winner Vint Cert as well as the Freedom of Thought Foundation with luminaries such as the late Col. Fletcher Prouty, Col. Thomas Bearden and Walter Bowart.

He has been heard on local, national and International media and was recently interviewed by the Robert Kennedy Jr. on MKULTRA/MKDELTA

He currently works in the energy sector in an advisor.
